How many days does it take to ship a product?

We are a ‘Made To Order’ label, and hence time to dispatch may vary from product to product. Normally, we require 7-28 days. You can reach us at, orders@mimamsaa.com or WhatsApp us on +91-8303322616, so that we can assist you with the appropriate details for the product.

Please Note:- Post Shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 3 to 5 working days to deliver the item domestically.

Do you ship items globally?

Yes, we ship worldwide

What are the Shipping Charges?

  • Free Shipping Within India
  • International Shipping Charges Rs. 2500/kg, free shipping above order of Rs.30,000/-

Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?

Yes Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, ‘Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country’s rules and regulations’.

What are the modes of payment?

Can I order for COD (Cash On Delivery)?

We apologise but COD at the moment is not available.

Is COD available for International Order?

We really apologise at the moment because we do not have COD Option for International Customers. If you need any assistance, you may reach us on WhatsApp at +91-8303322616

Is there an Express Delivery (Shipping Within 24-48 hrs)?

Yes, we do have Express Delivery. Kindly reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91-8303322616, to check for the product availability.

Do you offer customisation?

Yes, customisation is possible in terms of colors, and adding sleeves. For additional customisation, you can contact us on WhastApp at +91-8303322616 or email at orders@mimamsaa.com.

Do Mimamsaa charge extra for plus sizes?

We believe in size inclusivity so no we don’t charge extra for any size whatsoever possible for us to construct. However, the style of the garment and nature of the textile can add a few restrictions.

How do I get my outfit altered?

Just send the outfit back to us with your alteration specifications and we will get it done for you. Though, it depends on the style of the garment and nature of the textile which can add a few restrictions.

Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?

We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order

Dry Clean only.

Please store textiles in a muslin cloth away from sunlight in a dry environment and air the textile every few months.

We are not responsible for textiles that have been hand washed/cleaned other than dry cleaning.
